Nice place in a walkable neighborhood

  Everything was as listed. It was fine for the price. Host was responsive to messages and I had no major problems.

  I’ve stayed with Tail Winds plenty of times and this was one of my worst stays at an Airbnb.
Upon arrival, the spot I booked had a dead door lock. I could not get in. I reached out and received response very quick. Unfortunately I was still unable to get into the spot I booked. They did have one open next door, but it was not the one I booked (a few differences).
This spot also did not have a Roku device, just a TV with nothing to watch on it.

Very responsive host who usually fixes issues. Just did not offer one for the TV.
Would stay again, just would hope for better!

  Good price for the location. I was able to walk around the neighborhood and grab breakfast and coffee which is nice. Be aware of the steps up to the Airbnb, it’s a climb. My only compliant is regarding the cleanliness of the apartment, specifically the bedding. I ended up moving to another room (which was inconvenient having already unpacked) late at night because as soon as I got into the bed, it was VERY obvious that the sheets had not been cleaned. Very strong BO smell.

  Great location and beautiful place. Right in German village. Centrally located to everything in Columbus. Loved walking down Grant Street with your morning coffee.

  This is my first ever bad airbandb review, and sorry to do so now. The good news: comfy beds and great water pressure. Not enough space here to cover all the shortcomings but...The property was poorly cleaned and stocked, with no comfortable furniture aside from the beds (which were very nice -- credit where due.). The promised "fully stocked kitchen" is absurd. Wicker patio furniture completely unusable. The place has a layer of grime, particularly in the kitchen. Hosts initially responded with replacements for missing items (cleaner brought forks, bathmat, light bulbs, replacements for stained towels) but we shouldn't have had to request these items at all. We discovered and reported a broken toaster upon arrival, but it was not replaced. They DID, however, try to charge us for it after we left. My guess is the hosts have not visited the site for a long time. Would not return or recommend.

  AC didn’t work when I got there so they moved my to the adjacent apartment and that AC didn’t work either so I requested a refund and they happily agreed. And both of the units that I went to didn’t look like there photos. And I should have know better looking at the pictures because they were way too bright. The air vents had what looked like 5 years of dust build on them and there was marks on the walls that looked like someone’s kids had drawn on them light bulbs were missing in a few of the fixtures someone hair was still in the tubs drain and paint was flaking off the ceiling. I would not recommend but if they get a better cleaning service and do some routine maintenance this place could be really nice

  The German Village is so beautiful. I enjoyed evening walks around the neighborhood and tried many local restaurants.
